2nd Place: Eli Dickson, 6th Grade
3rd Place: Zach Fall, 6th Grade
4th Place: Jake Hunter, 8th Grade
5th Place: Nelson Rhomberg, 7th Grade
We’d like to send out a BIG THANK-YOU to these businesses for donating to help us have a very successful 5K run/walk at the Mt. Vernon Middle School. The 5K was held on Wednesday, April 26. All the student body, faculty and many support people participated in this activity. With the help of contributions and the PRIDE group we were able to provide shirts, race numbers, fruit and drink for all those involved. Fitness is an important part of our education. We need to teach the importance of both strong mind and body.
