It was a warm June night. The lights were super bright from the crowd. The music was loud and the crowd was screaming. Sophomore Kendra Streicher, went to the Ed Sheeran concert in Des Moines with her mother and her friend Caroline Voss. “It was an amazing experience,” Streicher said, and recommended going to Sheeran’s concert if he returns. Sheeran is known for his acoustic pop music.

Streicher’s favorite part of the entire concert was when Sheeran took out his guitar and played his top hit songs “Perfect” and “Happier.” Streicher said it was a cool experience.

Streicher’s mom bought the tickets online the first day sales opened. As a fan, Kendra had been waiting for months for the opportunity to attend a Sheeran concert. He was wearing a Des Moines shirt, and the crowd adored him. The crowd around her was screaming and people were taking videos and selfies.

 Since they got there early, they were able to shop at one of Jordan Creek Mall. They had a fun afternoon while they were waiting for the concert and went out for dinner at restaurant The Cheese Cake Factory.

“I really enjoyed the concert” said Kendra.
