Mustangs Trample the Falcons, 60-36

Senior Miles Francois holds the state participant trophy after his last game. Francois had an incredible senior season with 29.5 total tackles, 17 solo tackles, 9.5 sacks, and 4 tackles for loss.
All or Nothing

With all his strength, senior lineman Tavian Gorsch (60) battles his opponent. The Mustangs finish the night 1-0 once again against the Keokuk Chiefs with a score of 56-7. Mount Vernon ends the regular season as District Champs with a record of 8-1. The Mustangs will play the first round of playoffs at the MAC on Oct. 28 against the Independence Mustangs.

Mount Vernon Takes Down Washington on a Rainy Night
Unbothered by the cold rain, sophomore Mikey Ryan(3) is ready for whats to come. The Mustangs destroyed the Washington Demons 65-6 on Oct. 13.
Mustangs Stay Ready
After sophomore Mikey Ryan(3) turns the ball over in the opposing endzone, making a 100-yd run for a touchdown, Ryan and his teammates come off the field to the sideline laughing in disbelief. The Mustangs beat the Fort Madison Bloodhounds 45-7 on Oct 6.
