Elementary students have been working hard on a stop-motion animation film in Sarah Fitzgerald’s art classes along with the collaborative art group, Tiny Circus. Students worked in the morning this week on coloring, cutting, and pasting artwork, and in the afternoon, they posed for photos to be used in the stop-motion video.
The movie will be shown outdoors, directly south of the elementary school on the track at 7 p.m. Oct. 13. The show will last around 45 minutes including some video from last year’s film. Blankets and lawn chairs to sit on are welcome to bring. The activity is sponsored by WETAP.
