Students in Spanish teachers Sue Deibener and Erica Ledger’s classes build shelters out of cardboard for CROP Walk to be held Sunday. Registration is at 1 p.m. at the Presbyterian Church, and the walk begins from there at 1:30. The destination is the Southeast Linn Community Center and then back to the church for a meal. There will also be a speaker at the church at 3:30.
Hunger Walks are interfaith hunger education and fundraising events sponsored by Church World Service and organized by CWS/CROP regional offices across the U.S.
