Five members of the Girls Wrestling Team made it onto day 2 of State Wrestling at Xtream Arena in Coralville, and have secured medals! Kaylee Kintzel (155) was a state qualifier, but was not able to wrestle due to injury.
The team is currently in 2nd place, and each wrestler will be compete again on Feb. 7 for their place on the podium.
Advancing are Kate Martin (105), Kiersten Swart (110), Addi Whisner (145), Gracie Pinckney (170) and the returning State Champion Libby Dix (190).
