The student council met today to discuss plans for the pep assembly on Friday and the homecoming dance on Saturday and make posters for the homecoming candidates during the parade at 6:30 this evening.
Alina Merlak, the president of the student council, talked about the various prizes for the winners of the dress up days at the pep assembly, the prizes include an assortment of Dairy Queen gift cards.
The student council planned when and how to decorate the commons for the homecoming dance which will take place Saturday from 9-midnight.
The student council also made posters to indicate who the candidates were during the homecoming parade. Senior Clara Conroy was the supervisor to make sure that all the posters king and queen candidates were big enough to see, and to make sure there were no misspellings.
