Mustangs fall to Spartans in first home game

Twelve years. We’ll have to wait another one to try to take down Solon, which has won the last 11 match-ups. Mount Vernon lost, 31-8 in the first game this year, in non-district play. The sole Mustang touchdown was made by sophomore Connor Herrmann off a 40-yard pass play by quarterback Jake Pisarik, a senior.

Many Mustang Moon photographers covered the game–check out photos on themustangmoon.com’s Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.643633838987717.1073741846.140939439257162&type=1
