In the past few years, the Iowa DNR has decided for the good of the environment and the residents in Iowa to cut the number of deer licenses issued per county. This is a problem because we have a lot of country folk in Iowa that prosper off of this awesome natural resource, many of whom have to supply four or more people with food for the year.
Since the DNR is being ridiculous with the cutting of deer licenses, many people will retaliate and break the law by killing deer unlawfully. But, these people that are breaking the law have no choice because they often have no source of income or have no other way to supply food for their families.
Many of the people who are against this are going to rebel and I’m with them. Go ahead and shoot as many animals as you need to survive. The DNR’s solution to the decreasing population is going to have way too many repercussions.
